Brad Cheetham is the Chief Executive Officer and President at Advanced Space. He previously worked as an Instructor and Lead Curriculum Developer at the University of Colorado.
Brad has experience leading research, proposals, and strategic partnerships at the Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Research; directly supported the Artemis mission as a
NASA Academy research associate at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; and is a part of the team at the University of Colorado at Boulder which was selected as a member of the FAA Center of Excellence for Commercial Space Transportation.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Future Space Leaders Foundation, is a member of the Entrepreneurship and Investment Committee of the International Astronautical Federation, is a member of the AIAA Space Transportation Technical Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS).
In addition to these positions, he is involved with entrepreneurial ventures in aerospace and software. Cheetham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
