Brad leads the Global VC & PE Partnerships team at Deel. He is the co-founder of 2 companies and formerly a Partner at Founders Den, a startup incubator in San Francisco. As CEO of SRECTrade (acquired by Xpansiv), Brad led the business credited for bringing transparency and liquidity to the solar renewable energy credit markets that has fueled
the growth of solar in the US since 2007. As COO of Pace Avenue, Brad led the implementation of a $3M grant awarded by the US Department of Energy to bring solar to underserved communities. Prior to Deel, Brad led a global team at Zendesk that was focused on VC partnerships, marketing, program experience, customer community and customer success as part of the Zendesk for Startups program. Collectively, the program grew to a $75M ARR business and generated 14% of all new business for the $2B ARR company through 2,500 global partnerships with over 10,000 startups applying per year. In addition to these roles, Brad has also worked with several other startups in go-to-market and operational capacities, such as, August Home, Lily Robotics, Zipline and Fidocure. Brad has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, where he was captain of the track & field team and holds the school pole vault record, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he served on the board of the Stanford Entrepreneurship Network, the cross-campus leadership group that organizes Stanford’s E-Week. In his free time, he is an avid kitesurfer, fly-fisher, alpine skier and ice hockey player.
