Bonsal Brooks is the Clinical Programs Manager at Amwell. He previously worked as the Director of Customer Experience for Parking Panda. After spending the summer as an intern for Parking Panda in 2012, Bonsal joined the company as a full time employee in a marketing and customer support role in June of 2013.
During his time at Parking Panda,
Bonsal has taken on every responsibility he could find including email re-marketing and social media. His relentless passion for the customer has led to the promotion to his current role as Director of Customer Experience.
Bonsal is a Baltimore native and a graduate of Union College in upstate New York. During his free time, Bonsal enjoys traveling, football and fishing.
