Bob Slaby is the Chief Customer Officer at FourKites. He is responsible for Customer Success, Consulting Services, Product Implementation, and Support. Bob has directed global start-up, expansion and turn-around initiatives at Citigroup, HSBC and Hewlett-Packard Company for the past twenty years.
Mr. Slaby has extensive experience in
organization design and implementation, process re-engineering, and process automation. Prior to Altify, Bob is a former Global Vice President of Customer Operations at Anaplan.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of California at Davis, an International MBA from the University of South Carolina, and the Diplome de Francais des Affaires from the Paris Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Naperville with his wife and two children.
