Robert graduated from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business in the field of Accounting. After completing his military obligation, he pursued a career in private industry with a specialty in manufacturing operations. During his career, he developed strengths in the areas of
streamlining of business processes, planning and budgeting, and design and implementation of computerized financial systems. During 2014, he joined TAG AERO as the Financial Director. In addition to managing the accounting/financial functions, he performed administration and human resource duties. He also supported the company during the recent sales growth, resulting in Inc. magazine recognizing TAG as of the fastest growing privately owned companies in the United States during the last three years.
