Raised in Syracuse, New York, Robert F. Gerace, Sr., pursued higher education at Hillsborough Community College, St. Petersburg Junior College, and Tampa College before earning a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida in the late 1980s. His academic journey built a foundation in strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a vision for blending innovation with business leadership.

In 1998, Bob founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving major clients in the medical and financial sectors. Prioritizing security and uptime, he invested in proprietary infrastructure within a 32,000-square-foot facility and expanded into cybersecurity and compliance. At its peak, the company supported hundreds of thousands globally with a 110-member team. By 2002, it became a multi-million-dollar enterprise, culminating in a strategic exit after two decades.

The 2008 financial crash brought immense challenges. His business faced economic pressure just as he received a cancer diagnosis. These crises tested his resilience in every way—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Through medical treatment, crisis navigation, prayer, and scripture, Bob experienced profound renewal, supported by his wife Debbie and a close circle of friends who stood beside him in faith during the hardest weeks of his life.

By 2015, Bob felt called to serve men who were thriving professionally yet struggling at home. Drawing from his trials and observations, he founded Warrior Husband to guide Christian men toward spiritual renewal, emotional maturity, and marital restoration. The ministry integrates scripture, reflection, mentorship, and accountability, creating a blueprint for lasting change through models like the Warrior Sanctification Method and Six Sanctifying Skills.

Over 10,000 men across more than 10 countries have experienced Warrior Husband’s transformative process. Participants report breakthroughs in clarity, intimacy, and leadership as husbands and fathers. Programs like Jumpstart offer immediate crisis tools, while the Inner Circle delivers six months of deep coaching through live calls, group sessions, and one-on-one mentorship. Brotherhood groups provide ongoing connection and accountability.

The coaching approach is both personal and systematic, with daily scripture study, self-reflection, and open dialogue on topics such as confession, reconciliation, communication, and intimacy. Bob’s leadership style is marked by honesty, biblical grounding, and practical wisdom. With his 40th wedding anniversary approaching in 2026, Bob’s marriage to Debbie stands as a living testimony to his belief that lifelong commitment is possible. Their shared passion for service includes decades of prayer and support for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
