Bob Erwin received his BS degree from Clemson University in South Carolina in 1984. Bob joined Lee Resources in 1995 as an executive recruiter. Since 1995, Bob has been involved in the placement of over 100 people in the building supply industry. In 1996, he was named manager of LumberSearch, the recruiting arm of Lee Resources, and also began
facilitating an annual roundtable of highly successful lumber dealers from across the country. On January 1, 2000, Bob purchased the company with a partner and became President of Lee Resources International, Inc. Bob has been the sole owner of Lee Resources since July of 2007 and has led the company to provide consulting services, business, and life coaching, behavioral testing, recruiting services, training, website management, and internet marketing services.
