Robert J. Boulware has served as a member of the Board of Trustees since the SP100 Fund’s inception, and has been an executive in the financial services industry for 35 years.
Since March 2008, Bob has been a trustee for Met Investors Series Trust, a $140 billion fund complex, as well as Vertical Capital Income Fund, a startup mutual fund, since
2012. He also serves as a director of Gainsco Inc. (PINK: GANS), a public traded auto insurance company, and as Managing Director of private-equity fund, Pilgrim Funds, LLC. From 1992 to 2006, Bob was the President and Chief Executive Officer of ING Funds Distributor, LLC.
Bob holds a BSBA from Northern Arizona University, College of Business Administration.
