As Director of Manufacturing, Blake Burge plays a vital role in shaping the development and execution of NeoInsulation’s strategic vision, with a focus on ensuring best-in-class manufacturing and order fulfillment processes.
Blake joined the NeoInsulation team in October 2016. Before taking on his current role overseeing the direction and daily
operations of manufacturing and order fulfillment, Blake provided critical leadership to inventory management and field operations.
Prior to joining NeoInsulation, Mr. Burge worked for OEM Systems for 13 years. During his time there, OEM Systems held the distinction of being the 3rd largest supplier of equipped vehicles to the federal government and one of the largest Fleet Chevrolet dealers in the country. In addition to government contracting, OEM also retained vehicular contracts with multiple large national accounts.
While with OEM, Blake held various roles with increasing levels of responsibility which included managing in excess of 20 million in annual vehicle equipment spend, serving as Director of National Sales, providing daily operations management for OEM’s two largest manufacturing facilities, and implementing an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and currently resides in Okarche, Oklahoma, with his wife and son.
