Ms. Billy Shapira is the Hebrew University’s Director General.
Previously Ms. Shapira served in various roles at the university, and since 2002 she was the Director of the Student’s Administration Division.
She holds a M.A in Public Policy (Cume Laude), and B.A in Russian studies and International Relation (Cum Laude).
