Bill Geiser is the CEO for Meta Watch Ltd. Meta Watch is a technology lifestyle company focused on developing smartwatches for the connected consumer.
Meta Watch was formed in August of 2011 via a spinoff of the Fossil Group Inc (NASDAQ: FOSL) Watch Technology Division, where Geiser served as the VP of Watch Technology. While at Fossil, Geiser lead development of smartwatches for Microsoft, Palm, Sony Ericsson, adidas and others.
Geiser first began focusing on wrist-based applications in 1994 when he founded Strokz Digital Sports, a company specializing in sensor-based watches for competitive swimmers and triathletes. These products were marketed globally under the Speedo brand.
