Beth has been a 21st Century woman long before the millennium arrived. Her passion for health care began with a strong desire to help people lead better lives. She became a Registered Nurse, and after a challenging career in the ICU and operating room for many years, became interested in the unmet needs of seniors – which included her father. She
went to business school, and later opened a Medical Adult Day Care specializing in dementia care and a Case Management company which contracted with payers to coordinate care for people with high cost chronic illnesses such as Diabetes, CHF and Asthma/ COPD. After a few years of running her business she realized there had to be a better way of tracking data and managing documents. She taught herself everything necessary to become tech savvy and pulled together a team to develop software. ADS Data Systems was born, and Beth now fully devotes her many talents to the company. By helping ease the work load of day care administrators, case managers and staff through the use of software, she is ultimately helping the participants – her original goal. Beth lives in Maryland with her husband, Bill and Rottweiler #5, Bailey. She has combined her love of music and dogs into an unusual hobby of dog dancing!
