Ben is the General Manager of Easy - a new EA business unit based in Stockholm. This group operates cutting-edge free online games - Battlefield Play4Free, Battlefield Heroes, Battleforge and Lord of Ultima.
In his eleven year career in the games industry, Ben has focused on pioneering projects in digital distribution. At Sony he worked on the first handheld game with downloadable content, the first downloadable full game for a handheld, and was one of the early architects of PlayStation Home.
Since Joining EA in 2007 he has worked on Battlefield online - a title specifically created for the Korean market, Battlefield 1943 - the most successful download only console game of all time, the award-winning and pioneeering shooter Battlefield Heroes, and EA's first move into the browser strategy genre, Lord of Ultima and the most advanced client-based free to play game yet - Battlefield Play4Free.
