Barney is a Senior Data Scientist at Fidelity International, having joined the company in 2014 from a career in academia. His previous experience as a postdoctoral astrophysicist at University College London and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory focused on methods for statistical inference from large imaging datasets.
At Fidelity, Barney is
now working to incorporate new sources of data, statistics and analysis techniques to improve investment decision making.
