Ashish is the Global Head – Finance and Accounts at Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. with the responsibility to manage the accounts, finance, legal and secretarial function for the organization.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 15 years of experience in various dimensions of the
finance and accounts department relating to financial planning and analysis, compliances and risk management, business modeling & structuring, process design & implementation, taxation and corporate accounting & financial Reporting.
Prior to joining Nucleus, he was working with NIIT Ltd. as Vice President- Finance for more than 12 years with responsibility to manage the accounting and compliance function.
In his current role, he envisions himself as business enabler, who proactively needs to identify, manage and mitigate risks of business and at the same time understand the need to communicate the same to the stakeholders while leveraging processes, technology and knowledge.
