He is an experimentalist turned entrepreneur, Founder of MiniMines. MiniMines Cleantech Solutions is into sustainable technology development domain and cleantech industry such as sustainable recycling of waste Li-ion batteries, carbon capture, and waste to-wealth creation.
He is an experienced professional in the field of material science and
new-generation energy storage devices. He enjoys meeting new people and finding ways to help them have an uplifting experience. After completing his master's in Nanotechnology, he worked at National Chemical Laboratory - Pune on drug delivery and superconductors. He also worked on ONRG-Singapore: US Navy project for the development of anticorrosive coatings for naval warships.
For the past several years he has worked in lead qualifications, R&D Management, and product development in both the industry and academia. His experience includes successfully developing proprietary Aluminium-air batteries, Supercapacitors, Li-ion battery technology, and graphene-based products. Having the advantage of working in an interdisciplinary environment, he has a huge interaction with people of different backgrounds from physics, chemistry, and biology which has highly benefited in understanding the physical and chemical aspects of process development and scale-up. His vision is to create processes and technologies which can reduce the carbon footprint of the existing problems and processes, especially in the EV ecosystem.
