Aron was previously Chief Executive Officer of San Francisco-based MacroView Labs, a mobile software startup that served the retail, hospitality, travel, event and entertainment markets. Aron grew MacroView from a tiny startup into a multimillion-dollar mobile application company with tens of millions of users. In 2011, he sold the company to Bally Technologies (now part of Scientific Games), one of the largest casino technology companies in the world. After that deal, Aron served as the Vice President of Mobile & Interactive at Bally, where he led the company’s worldwide initiatives in the space for three years. Additional past highlights include serving as Senior Vice President at Hill & Knowlton, a leading PR firm; and as a Director at The Advisory Board Company, a consulting firm based in Washington D.C.
As an industry thought leader and frequent guest speaker on a wide range of business, marketing, retail and future technology topics, Aron has been invited to give more than 1,000 presentations at conferences around the world. He has won numerous honors from organizations ranging from The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences to Harvard University. Seven Magazine named him one of the Most Intriguing people in Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Business Press named him one of the Top 10 Rising Business Leaders in the city. Aron is also an active angel investor and advisor to several startup companies in the tech sector. He received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Princeton.
