Mr. White has been practicing law in South Florida for more than 17 years. His practice focus is on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and insurance bad faith.
Mr. White has litigated countless matters throughout the state of Florida and carries extensive jury trial experience.
With a degree from Nova Southeastern
University, he had the distinction of practicing in the Public Defender’s Office. As an undergraduate at Clark University in Massachusetts, Mr. White was selected to serve as an intern for Congressman Hamilton Fish, Jr., ranking minority member of the House Judiciary Committee at the time.
He is a longstanding member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice and sits on the Board of Directors for the Broward County Justice Association.
Mr. White was recently listed in America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals for his legal work as well as an honored member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been chosen a 2009 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Prior to joining Lawlor, White & Murphey as a Partner in 2009, Mr. White was a founding partner of Botsford & White in Hollywood, Florida. He has continued to provide excellence in representation of individuals, families and businesses in matters including auto accidents, insurance disputes and other types of civil litigation.
