Set up joint venture with the principles of Crown Hides UK , for the tanning and finishing of leather for Indian and global markets. Crown Hides is a very strong partner as it has a worldwide presence and sourcing / selling / trading capability across different continents.
Besides organically and inorganically building the family business.
Also responsible for bringing in the Ministry of Sound under franchise agreement from UK as of the marquee achievement for Indian clubbing and entertainment Industry
As a lateral product extension strategy, set up a chain of Night Clubs in Delhi, opened up the first and only club with global standards on Indian soils, with top notch International bench marks and quality parameters. Further launched own private brand of Clubs and lounges under the name Club-T.

My latest passion is to solve the biggest problem of unorganised segment of budget hotels and guest houses, with bunch of his highly tech savvy friends they co-founded QiK Stay a rocking start-up to address the ever growing demand for affordable accommodation in budget category for hotels/guesthouses and standardized them with highest of the basic quality parameters, hygiene and customer experience and slowly build a trust worthy global brand , planning to expand pan India and to SEA Countries.
