During her 15 year career at Synygy, Inc., Anne was responsible for the design of the Synygy's Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software, which was recognized by Gartner multiple times as the pioneering leader in the ICM market. At SPM Software, Inc., Anne lead the design of a new product for the then-emerging market called Sales
Performance Management (SPM). The founding team of Anne Luongo, Mark Stiffler, Vinit Majardekar, and Marissa Arney hold multiple patents together for their innovations in SPM software.
In 2013, after the software created by SPM Software was sold to Optymyze Pte Ltd, Anne became responsible for the creation and execution of the multi-generational product roadmap, starting with launch of the first enterprise SPM products in 2015, the release of first AWS-based SPM product platform with unlimited scalability in 2017, and the creation of the Optymyze no-code enterprise platform as a service for developing data, analytic, planning, and business process applications -- at scale, beyond SPM, and without coding.
