Anne Howley ensures the quality of all customer touchpoints within Billtrust.
She is a longtime financial services executive with extensive background in customer service, call center operations, credit services and project management.
Her customer care reputation was largely built at Advanta Corporation, at the time the second largest
business credit card issuer in the U.S., where she served for eight years as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience/Operations. Howley, a recipient of Advanta's President's Award of Excellence, was the first credit card industry executive to partner with Satmetrix to implement an NPS (Net Promoter Score) program.
She has been a member of the Customer Contact Council and in her spare time, she volunteers in her local community for the preservation of Bucks County history.
