Anna got her Systems Engineering degree from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, and her PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Tsukuba, Japan. She is currently a visiting researcher at the University of Essex and Head of Data Science at Altviz.
As a data analyst and software developer, she helps see patterns in
big data and uses her skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning to find solutions to difficult problems. Her areas of interest include big data analysis using machine learning, the internet of things, data security and using technology as a tool to improve our daily life.
