As general manager of WMC Global, Angela Steele oversees all aspects of the company's operations, from implementing policies and procedures to supervising production. Angela lends her expertise in international accounting, financial and cash flow management, financial control, reporting, budgeting, and streamlining expenditures to WMC Global.
Leveraging her international experience in legal review, she also executes client and vendor contracts. Angela also guides the company’s strategic human resources (HR) management, developing HR policies and implementing them across three international markets, building employee engagement, ensuring labor law compliance, and managing payroll execution.
Previously, Angela served as general manager of WMC Global Pty Ltd, in Sydney, Australia, where she focused on sales and client management, relationship management, and revenue generation and growth, increasing revenue by 60 percent over two years. Angela also designed and implemented financial management systems for the Australian operation.
Earlier, as head of finance at iProfile, a London-based recruitment software company, Angela assumed responsibility for corporate governance, shareholder and investor relations, and fundraising, procuring more than £10 million in five years.
A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Angela is SPHR® certified, as well. She earned her BBusSc in Finance at the University of Cape Town.
