Andy is a grad student at American University, where he also finished his BA in May 2011. He has a long history of student organizing, spanning back to his upbringing in Western Colorado.
He currently advises and leads the National Campus Leadership Council and DC Student Alliance. He played a key roll in the Do We Have a Deal Yet campaign in
summer 2011. Before this year, Andy worked on DC Mayor Gray's transition team, representing student interests and served as president of the AU Student Government in 2009-2010 academic year.
