Andy Lai has joined Private Capital Group in 2006 as a Principal in PCG Hong Kong. Andy is also the founder of Yorkshire Capital Limited. He has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate finance, management consultancy, business ventures, investor relations, project development, asset management, mergers and acquisition, public listing and
financing arrangements.
Andy has established widespread and integrated business networks in China, Hong Kong, USA, Europe and South East Asia. With over 20 years of experience in the Chinese market, he is amongst the first few entrepreneurs with the foresight to recognize and take advantage of the vast potential of this market in its early days of economic reforms. He is specialized in creating value to small and medium sized companies in the growth process and has been responsible for assisting over 40 companies in Asia to go public in various exchanges.
Andy holds an MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Chinese People Political Consultative Committee of Chengdu City, China.
