Andrew was a walk-on wide receiver at the University of North Carolina, where his teammates described him as having “sticky hands but being slow as hell.” Because that is not a recipe for success in the NFL, upon graduation Andrew worked first at Credit
Suisse and then at Bain & Co before attending Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. During his time at the GSB he spent a summer working at Nike at their world headquarters in Beaverton, OR. Following the GSB Andrew returned to Bain for two years and then worked for a year at Lending Club before joining STRIVR.
