Andrew Sinclair is a Highland Councillor for the Wick and East Caithness Ward in Caithness.
A member of the ten strong Scottish Conservative and Unionist Group in the Highland Chamber Andrew is a member of a number of strategic and local committees across Highland.
In 2017 Andrew was the agent for Struan Mackie in the Caithness, Sutherland
and Easter Ross UK General Election. Achieving the best result for a Conservative candidate in the history of the seat and bringing the most Northerly Constituency into a three way marginal seat.
