Andrew is a Partner at Bailey Fisher Executive Search, leading C-suite and board level searches for growth businesses. He works closely with founders, boards, management teams and investors looking to hire impactful individuals to drive growth. His particular focus is strategic finance appointments and he has managed all global CFO and FD searches
at Bailey Fisher since joining as Head of the CFO Practice in 2011.
Andrew led a management buyout in 2018 and has since led the continued growth of the business within the Cambridge technology cluster and wider UK entrepreneurial market. Prior to the MBO, Andrew built a new strand of business, focusing on strategic C-suite hires across technology-enabled manufacturing, engineering and production-focused companies.
Earlier in his career, Andrew spent 12 years as a Consultant and then Manager within global executive recruitment, specialising in finance.
