She has proven competencies and executive leadership skills in creating vision, direction, strategy and execution. She is recognized as one of the foremost experts in designing and implementing best in class client experiences leading to increased revenue, better employee engagement and reduced attrition. She has been quoted in over 300 periodicals globally, and appeared on National television including Mumbai Live. In addition to her Board roles, Andrea most recently was a Managing Director with Gupton Marrs International, a boutique consulting firm focusing on Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Reporting. She joined Gupton Marrs from Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo, where she led Customer Experience and Loyalty across the Enterprise. Andrea is a former senior partner in the Financial Institutions Group and Enterprise Transformation Practice with A. T. Kearney, where she led the Business Process Offshoring Advisory Practice globally. She worked extensively in India conducting client projects relating to growth strategies, new product and market studies, cost reduction opportunities, and go to market strategies. While at A.T. Kearney, she was awarded their top three awards for Innovation, Thought Leadership and Media Visibility. Before joining A T Kearney, Andrea spent 22 years at KPMG, New York office as a Financial Services consulting partner. She was the lead partner on Morgan Stanley globally which became the largest client in financial services in the United States. She was responsible for significant business development and led several firm initiatives relating to growth, client, and employee engagement. Andrea held other corporate positions as the Assistant Treasurer of the JC Penney Company and Assistant Treasurer of Deutsche Bank. Andrea received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Economics. She also attended the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program.
