Anant Jhingran serves as CTO and leads the product strategy & development at Apigee. He joined Apigee from IBM, where he was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IBM’s Information Management Division. He also co-chaired the IBM Cloud Computing Architecture Board. At IBM, Anant was responsible for the technical strategy for
databases, information integration, analytics, big data, and helped deliver IBM’s platform-as-a-service (PaaS) capabilities. He has been honored with numerous awards including IBM Fellow, IIT Delhi Distinguished Alumnus Award, President’s Gold Medal at IIT Delhi, IBM Academy of Technology, and Anant has authored over a dozen patents and over 20 technical papers.
Anant received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
