Amy is currently Administrative Partner and CFO for Startup Capital Ventures, where her responsibilities include primary oversight for the firm’s finance, portfolio documentation, audit, compliance, reporting, and investor relations activities.
Prior to Startup Capital Ventures, Amy was Vice President and Division Manager of Silicon Valley Bank,
where her responsibilities included oversight of Loan Services Division, including Loan Documentation, Collateral and Loan Accounting. Prior to that, Amy held increasingly responsible positions within Silicon Valley Bank, including as a paralegal for the Bank’s Legal Division working on various banking, loan and securities matters.
Amy joined the firm in 2005 as a Fund Administrator and then became Controller for the firm in 2008.
