Amichay is Chief Technology Officer at JAJAH; he is responsible for R&D, engineering and the global JAJAH network.
Prior to joining JAJAH, Amichay was Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Vitronet Ltd., an Israeli bio-pharma start-up providing revolutionary technology for computer-based prediction of human Pharmacokinetics based on molecular structure.
Amichay also co-founded Expression Inc., a one-stop-shop for collaborative software. As the companyâ€™s Chief Technology Officer he led multi-million dollar contracts with various industry leaders and the acquisition by SAP. Subsequently, Amichay worked for SAP in Product Development reporting directly to the SAP headquarters in Germany. He was responsible for SAP's Real-Time Collaboration products and later assumed responsibilities for SAP's highly sensitive joint projects with Microsoft.
In his earlier days, Amichay co-founded CyBook Inc. a U.S. based start-up with offices in Sunnyvale, CA and Tel-Aviv, Israel. Cybook developed an electronic book and supportive web and desktop environments. He served as the companyâ€™s Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for its hardware development, embedded programming, advanced display algorithms development and web connectivity.
Amichay holds a Bs.c. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Tel-Aviv University.
