With eleven years of experience at eDataSource, Alyssa assists all clients, making sure that they get the most from the company’s solutions, and developing lasting relationships with end-users at all levels. She is also responsible for training new clients, maintaining licenses, creating contracts and securing renewals.
In addition, Alyssa
works with eDataSource’s Strategy & Analytics team to ensure timely and targeted customized reports that further help clients grow their businesses. She has received many accolades for her talents and skills in the role of customer service manager.
Previously with SRBI, Alyssa managed and ran multi-million dollar projects, working directly with clients to address and fix any issues. She also brings seventeen years of dance experience, and has received numerous awards, been an instructor and manager to a nationally competitive dance team.
Alyssa attended Brookdale Community College.
