She helped grow the company from a niche product sold to professional sports teams to a post-op orthopedic device for the mass market. Most recently, Ms. Sojka served as Vice President of Marketing at Ekso Bionics, a rehabilitative robotics company designing solutions to help people with stroke and spinal cord injuries walk again. Allison led the company’s marketing efforts during the company’s the initial public offering process.Allison received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands earning High Honors.
