Alexander Schmidt graduated with a master’s degree (M.A.) in Finance and a bachelor’s (B.A.) in Business form the University of Applied Science in Nuremberg. In his studies he focused on evaluating the startup investor’s quantitative drift in his risk-/ opportunity profile by using typical VC-contract clauses.
