I'm a generalist with experience on both the software development side and business operations side of both Twitter and Google. Indeed, I was referred to by some as the "Swiss Army Knife" of Twitter.
On the software side, my experience is as a product manager and technical program manager in areas such as user growth, internationalization/localization, mobile UI design and internal tools.
On the business side, my experience includes: HR (areas like new hire onboarding, management training, performance management, culture/values), mergers and acquisitions integrations, distributed offices (launch and support), recruiting (analytics and tools), user-generated content policy/training/tools, real estate and facilities, and internal communications.
I was at Twitter from 2009-2014, Google from 2006-2009, and spent a little less than two years in the education industry before that. I received my BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
