Alex is responsible for the commercial business development and sales activity at Helios Towers Africa. Alex served as Business Development Director for HTA covering M&A and business development before being promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing and then Group Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining the HTA in 2012, Alex worked at
both UBS and Rothschild, primarily advising TMT companies. He has been involved in over 20 M&A transactions and eight leverage finance deals.
