Alejandro joined Bumeran as CTO from the company's foundation in 1999. His original challenge was to develop the first on line jobs classifieds site in Latin America that was to become Bumeran.com. As part of the company's management team he was instrumental in developing the technological platform that allowed the company to open
operations in 8 countries across the region, while providing 7x24 uptime. Mr. Navarro was also part of the management buyout of the company along with Mr. Tejerina. As part of the transaction he assumed additional leadership roles in the company within marketing and communications. In 2010 he became COO and in 2012 took over as CEO of the company. He currently also serves as VP of Navent overseeing all of the company's jobs sites in the region.
