Alan Taylor is the CFO of Adaptive Computing.
Mr. Taylor brings more than twenty years of management and operating experience to his role as CFO. His prior experience was as the CFO and then CEO ofDirectPointe, a managed IT services provider. Prior to that he was the CFO of Helius, Inc. which was acquired by Hughes Network Systems.
Mr.
Taylor also served as the Director of Finance and Group Controller for the Product Development Organization at Novell, where he worked extensively in the product planning process. He has in-depth merger and acquisition experience combined with significant operational and international experience in finance and business development.
Prior to Novell, he held analyst and senior level positions in finance and international business development with Boeing, Ford Motor Company, and Honeywell.
Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in finance and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
