Alan Hoffman serves as chairman and immediate past managing partner of Blank Rome LLP. As chairman, he oversees a number of strategic initiatives, including the Firm’s growth plan for its expanding platform, lateral recruiting and integration efforts, and maintaining and promoting the Firm’s culture. Alan was named chairman in 2014, and served as
managing partner from 2011 to 2018. He served as co-chairman from 2008 to 2013, and as the Firm’s litigation department head from 1996 to 2008.
