As the founder, Ahilan Sumander was educated overseas in an international school and later completed tertiary education in Malaysia with a diploma in electronic engineering. He worked for various organizations during the last 22 years of which five years were in the technical arena of technology. In 1993 he was employed with Hitechniaga and was
awarded the top sales award in 1994 for projects such as Telekom Malaysia, Mobikom and other service industry clients. He further expanded his horizon when he joined Advantis Network & System Sdn Bhd as a sales manager and later was promoted to General Manager during the 1999 economic crisis. He played an instrumental and pivoting role in taking the company to the next paradigm shift.
