With significant knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and business strategy, Adam Olding brings more than 20 years of senior commercial experience to Optal. With Bachelor degrees in Economics and Laws (Hons) and a Master of Arts in Communications, Adam previously held senior positions at two ASX-listed
companies: as Director of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel for Southern Cross Broadcasting; and General Manager Legal and Strategy for independent ATM operator Customers Limited. Adam was also previously a senior associate in the corporate advisory group of Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
