Adam Camiel is the Chief of Staff of Servier Pharmaceuticals. He oversees the framework of the organization, identifying and acting upon efficiencies and interdependencies to further the strategic vision for current and future company initiatives. Adam works dynamically as a thought partner to influence outcomes and maintain momentum, adding his
unique perspective as a former deal lawyer.
Adam comes to Servier Pharmaceuticals from McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he specialized in life science licensing and collaboration transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and healthcare regulatory counsel. Adam’s unique background enabled him to advise a broad scope of pharmaceutical, biotech, and digital health clients. Prior to becoming a corporate lawyer, Adam spent several years at Novartis, Baxalta, and the Shire leading large cross-functional projects and operations in finance, strategic planning, and marketing capacities.
Adam received his Bachelor of Science from Babson College and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Suffolk University.
