As the VP of Engineering, Aaron brings 20 years of expertise to the BlackCloak team. His strong track record of execution on strategic and tactical objectives and his unique approaches to applying modern technology in a cost-effective and efficient manner are evident in the quality and ease of use of our SaaS platform.
Over the past two decades,
Aaron has been instrumental in creating and developing the engineering programs and fostering strong department cultures in companies such as ZeroNorth, GMO Investment Management, and Monster.com. Serving as the Senior Security Architect for Monster.com, Aaron was the driving force behind the database implementation and website interfaces, resulting in customized automation and reduced overhead. As the VP of Engineering for ZeroNorth, Aaron gained ample experience managing many large-scale projects and helped build and secure a culture that fosters long-term growth.
Aaron’s diverse skill set, analytical mind, and natural abilities for team leadership are prime examples of the traits that are revered at BlackCloak, and he is an enormous asset to the team. Likewise, each day Aaron showcases a strong enthusiasm to further advance and improve our SaaS platform utilizing his strong knowledge and vast experience garnered from expanding and leading the engineering teams at other highly regarded organizations.
Aaron received an MBA from Boston College, a Master’s in Information Assurance from Norwich University and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
