Aaron Solganick is the CEO and Founder of Solganick and Co., a technology-focused investment bank and M&A advisory firm. He has been an investment banker and M&A advisor for 28 years and has advised on and completed over $10 billion in transactions to date. Prior to launching the firm, Aaron was a Senior Vice President for B. Riley and Co.
(a Los Angeles-based middle-market investment banking firm) in its technology investment banking practice. Before joining B. Riley and Co., he was a Vice President of Investment Banking for KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC, where he was responsible for covering software, IT services, and digital media industry sectors. He started his career at Bear Stearns and Co. in 1993.
Aaron has an MBA from Southern Methodist University, a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, and Executive Education in M&A from Columbia University.
