Aaron is accountable for the financial effectiveness of Elian with wider executive responsibilities as a member of the Elian management team and board. He joined the firm in 2009 as Finance Director, becoming Group Chief Operating Officer in 2012,
Aaron previously worked at HSBC for 10 years, latterly as Deputy CEO of HSBC Bank International in
Jersey, managing the acquisition of M&S Money and sitting on the Board as a Non-Executive Director on behalf of HSBC.
He is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Andersen in London, and has a first-class degree in European Management Science from Swansea University (1992).
