ZorgGezelschap provides live-in home care and companionship services for older people who wish to remain in their own homes. The company arranges 24-hour resident caregivers who assist with personal care, basic nursing tasks, mobility support and daily routines. Caregivers also help with light household work, meal preparation, shopping,
accompaniment to appointments, and social and leisure activities. ZorgGezelschap recruits and selects personal assistants, offers language training where needed, and manages contracts, payroll administration and insurance. It supports both clients and caregivers throughout the assignment and can work in combination with personal assistance or care budgets. ZorgGezelschap now operates as part of Private Care Groep.
