Within one year, he led the district in erasing a $17 million deficit, restoring fiscal health, and launching a strategic equity plan that united staff, students, and families around a shared vision of academic excellence. Under Superintendent Dr. Zachary Robbins’ leadership, Marysville schools implemented restorative practices that gave students voice and responsibility while dramatically reducing out-of-school suspensions and behavioral referrals.
