The organization provides early childhood education, school-age childcare, and youth development programs under its Young Wonders offerings. It operates Stepping Stones, a
sexual violence crisis program that offers counseling, advocacy, education, and a 24/7 hotline for survivors. Through Labyrinth Reentry Services and related initiatives, it delivers counseling, mentoring, workforce training, and holistic support for individuals returning from incarceration. Adult Career Development programs offer clean energy and manufacturing training, career coaching, and employment readiness support.
