respond to the movement of waves. The asymmetrical shape of the Penguin’s hull creates a gyrating motion in the waves which makes the rotator inside the hull rotate. The power train from wave to electricity is direct without any mechanical or hydraulic gears in between to cause loss of efficiency. Simplicity is one of the key values of Wello.
